Silent Voices was founded with a vision to prevent abuse to horses through education and support to horse owners and local law enforcement. We strive to provide the guidance and assistance necessary to prevent the need for horses to be removed from their owners possession. We are committed to ensure the administration of revised and tightened protection laws for horses so that a nationwide ignorance of such will someday be replaced with awareness and compliance.
