Silent Voices Equine Rescue was
founded on behalf of three starving
horses who were exposed to cruelty and neglect. It was founded to end hopelessness and suffering of horses in need where it
begins: within the ethics of mankind.
We pursue the change of conditions many horses endure based on the lack of awareness, education, and inadequate law enforcement procedures. Silent Voices Equine Rescue does not judge, blame or shame. We offer counsel, education and support to everyone seeking it.
Silent Voices Equine Rescue's goal is to create a format that enables every horse welfare organization in the United States to question and improve existing procedures, raise community awareness and assist law enforcement officials in their attempt to protect and save horses from needless suffering.
"The worst sin towards our fellow creatures
is not to hate them,
but to be indifferent to them.
That's the essence of inhumanity."
-George Bernard Shaw
